Cancellation Policy  

We know that sometimes things come up, and unexpected events happen that can keep you from going on a trip you have planned. To help you and us we have created the following policies about changing or canceling your Aromatherapy Retreat purchase.  We offer assorted options for buying our retreat throughout the year therefore please read our policies thoroughly.

We offer two types of participation in our retreat: In-Person or Virtual (Live Streaming)

In-Person Retreat participants who find themselves unable to attend will have the following options:

If you cancel more than 91 plus days prior to event start date:  

1)  You can convert from in-person participation to virtual participation and apply the difference  paid to a future retreat. **Example: You have paid $999.00 towards in-person attendance. Virtual participation is $399.00. There is a $600.00 difference that will be credited to the following years in-person retreat.

2)  You can convert from in-person participation to virtual participation and get a refund for remaining balance less a $100.00 processing fee. **Example: You have paid $999.00 towards in-person attendance. Virtual participation is $399.00. There is a $600.00 difference that will be refunded to you minus $100.00 processing fee, so, you get $500.00. 

If you cancel between 31 and 90 days prior to event start date: 

1)  You can convert from in-person participation to virtual participation and apply the difference paid to a future retreat less a $100.00 processing fee. **Example: You have paid $999.00 towards in-person attendance. Virtual participation is $399.00.  You will be charged a $100.00 processing fee that will come out of remaining balance. There is a $500.00 difference that will be credited to the following years in person retreat.  

2)  You can convert from in-person participation to virtual participation and get a refund for remaining balance less a $100.00 processing fee. **Example: You have paid $999.00 towards in-person attendance. Virtual participation is $399.00. There is a $600.00 difference that will be refunded to you minus $100.00 processing fee, so, you get $500.00. 

If you cancel less than 30-days prior to event start date: 

1)  You can convert from in-person participation to virtual participation and apply the difference paid to a future retreat less a $100.00 processing fee. **Example: You have paid $999.00 towards in-person attendance. Virtual participation is $399.00.  You will be charged a $100.00 processing fee that will come out of remaining balance. There is a $500.00 difference that will be credited to the following years in person retreat.  

2)  You can convert from in-person participation to virtual participation and get a refund for remaining balance less a $250.00 processing fee. **Example: You have paid $999.00 towards in-person attendance. Virtual participation is $399.00. There is a $600.00 difference that will be refunded to you minus $250.00 processing fee, so, you get $350.00. 

**The above examples are based on sample pricing. Real time pricing will be calculated at the time of request.

Virtual Retreat purchases are non-refundable. However, you   are offered a one-time transfer to another person for no added fee. If transfer happens less than 30 days prior to event start date, then a $100.00 processing fee maybe applied.
