This was my 4th year! I almost did not go as so much is happening in my life now! My hubby said ‘Go!’ It was very healing for me personally. It reminded me to take time for myself. The Foot Bath using oils and crystals was soothing to my feet and body as it pulled some toxins from my lymphadema situation so swelling went down. Many wonderful reminders to do self care! Every speaker was so full of great lessons we need to remember in care of self! Healing of self is a must in order to heal others! I truly hope everyone considers taking part for 2025! A great variety of hands on activities and interaction with everyone!

I did the “Retreat in a Box” option, and am glad I did. It was great to be able to do the different exercises along with everyone there in person. The camera work, especially the ability to see and hear the in-person participants, was excellent. It was so nice to see people I know and participate in the conversations. I found the teaching and the exercises to be thought-provoking and useful for learning things about myself that will help me down the road.
