A Grounding Gift for You and Your Animal

As a thank-you for joining the waitlist, Kate would love to share this gentle 11-minute Grounding and Centering for You and Your Animal Meditation.

This guided practice offers a simple way to:

• settle your body and energy
• become more present with your animal
• create a shared sense of calm and connection
• begin listening more deeply to yourself and the animal beside you

Find a comfortable place where you and your animal can relax without interruption. Your animal does not need to remain still or participate in any particular way. Simply allow them to choose what feels natural. 

You may return to this meditation anytime you or your animal would benefit from a few quiet moments of grounding and connection.
