An Essential Oils Consultation begins with the client filling out a detailed holistic aromatherapy assessment covering the client’s holistic health history, conditions, and reasons for seeking aromatherapy, application preferences, and other information . Following the consultation, the aromatherapist will give suggestion and recommendations for oils to help maintain and optimize health and wellness on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. It includes the the creation of a customized blend to help whole body balance
