WHAT WE’LL EXPLORE

What We’ll Look at Together

This hour is designed to help you recognize where the finish line keeps moving, take a more honest look at what you already have, and identify what may be ready to move forward.

The requirements keeping you waiting

Notice the additional qualifications, answers, confidence, or permission you may be requiring before allowing yourself to begin.

The evidence that you are more ready than you think

Recognize the knowledge, experience, gifts, and lived wisdom you have already gathered—and may be overlooking or discounting.

The next step that can begin now

Separate what would genuinely support you from what may be postponing your contribution, and identify one meaningful way to move forward.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Come as You Are

Bring your curiosity and a willingness to look honestly at what may be keeping you waiting.

A few things will help you get the most from our time together:

  • Choose a comfortable space where you can listen and reflect without needing to multitask.
  • Bring a journal or notebook and something to write with.
  • Think about an idea, gift, message, or contribution you have been preparing to bring forward.
  • If it feels supportive, have a favorite essential oil, meaningful object, or something from nature nearby to help you feel grounded and present.

Most importantly, give yourself permission to participate without needing to have the “right” answers.

I’m looking forward to spending this hour with you.

Blessings,
Kate
