We are so glad you said yes to spending this time with us.

So often, our animals and nature are showing us subtle signs before we fully recognize what is happening within ourselves. They may notice when we are rushed, stretched thin, disconnected, or drifting away from our own rhythm.

Our hope is that this class helps you pause, listen differently, and begin noticing what your animals — and your own inner knowing — may already be revealing.

If your animal does not want to sit with you, that is perfectly okay too. Choice is part of the wisdom.
